Eight streams, ages three through adult, taught by working performers from our agency roster. Same Catherine Street building since 1989 – two sprung-floor studios, fixed term dates and a parent portal that actually works.

Each stream runs across two age tiers. Mix and match – most students do two or three nights a week.

Classical syllabus, exam pathway optional. Pre-pointe assessed from age 11, pointe from age 12.

How to enrol.
Four steps. Term 2 starts Monday 27 April – book your trial before the end of the school holidays and we'll save a spot.

Book a free trial
Pick a class that matches your child's age and stream of interest. We run trials weekday afternoons, 4–7pm.

Come in & meet the teacher
Trial runs as a full normal class. You sit in the foyer with a coffee; we'll come find you afterwards.

Confirm placement
If it's a fit, we'll send a StudioPro invite. Term fees, uniform list and parent handbook are all in there.

Start the term
Show up Monday. We'll have the timetable on the foyer wall and a teacher waiting at the studio door.

Q.01 What's the minimum age?
Mini Jazz and Pre-primary Ballet both start from age 3. Acro from age 5. Hip-Hop from age 6. There's no upper age limit – our adult open class on Saturdays runs the full range, beginner to ex-professional.
Q.02 What does it cost?
Term fees are billed per stream, per term, through StudioPro. Multi-class and family discounts apply automatically. Full fee schedule is sent with the trial confirmation – we'd rather quote the right number for your specific timetable than publish an average.
Q.03 Is there a uniform?
Yes, per stream. Ballet has the strictest dress code. Hip-Hop and Contemporary are loose. Mini classes run in whatever's comfortable for the first term – uniform after that. Full list goes home in the parent handbook.
Q.04 Do you do exams or competitions?
Ballet has an optional exam pathway. We don't push students into competitions – but we run an annual showcase in October at a hired theatre, and Pre-Pro auditions for the agency twice a year.
Q.05 Can adults take class?
Yes – Adult Tap (Thursday), Adult Open Class (Saturday) and adult-friendly streams across Jazz and Contemporary. No audition, no minimum experience. Most of our adult students started after their kids enrolled.
Q.06 How do I get into the crew agency?
Pre-Pro is the feeder. Auditions are held twice a year – January and July – and take twelve places each intake. Studio students get first notice; external applicants welcome. See the Entertainment page for the agency side.
